A crane truck cannot access the site
We will consider using an electric ladder to deliver through a window or balcony to the second floor. We will also check the road width from photos.

Can you handle a third floor?
Depending on the details, we may also be able to hoist lighter sofas and bed mattresses by rope.

If the items cannot be brought in on the day
If we are unable to visit and complete the delivery and installation, you will not be charged the service fee quoted in advance.
